All products are made to order. Orders are confirmed by email. A contract between you and TWIN–CHERRY is formed once we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the indicated currency and may include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes may be added at checkout or charged by the carrier. Payment is required at the time of purchase via Stripe. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
All items are made to order. Production time is approximately 2–3 weeks. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
We ship to selected EU and international destinations via third-party carriers (e.g. Packeta/Zásilkovna or DPD depending on location). Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
We currently ship to selected EU countries including: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Croatia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. If you wish to place an order from a country not listed, please contact us — we will be happy to arrange individual shipping options.
Import duties and local taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs delays may occur and are beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the goods. Ownership of the products transfers upon full payment.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us by email for instructions.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Refunds are issued within 7–14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Store credit may be offered if agreed by both parties.
Custom-made or commissioned pieces are non-refundable once production has started.
REPAIRS AND WARRANTY
We offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your item arrives faulty, please contact us with photos and a description. We will assess the issue and offer repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Damage caused by wear-and-tear, misuse, alterations, or normal use is not covered. After the warranty period, repair services are available for a fee.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Order changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including designs, images, text, and branding, is the property of TWIN–CHERRY and may not be used without prior written permission.
PRIVACY AND THIRD PARTIES
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use third-party providers for payments and shipping, whose terms may also apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
